Class Maximum is 8 beautiful souls
Restorative (Mon 5:30p & pop-ups): Unwind, relax, and restore our body and mind. This gentle, slow-paced class uses props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in restful postures.
Slow Flow (Tue & Wed 10:00a): Connect breath to movement starting with grounding our body and mind. Warm up with gentle stretches and sun salutations then mindfully flow through standing poses, and end practice with shavasana.
Stretching & Mobility (Tue 8:30a & pop-ups): Simple, but powerful movements for all ages that will add huge value to our daily lives from everyday tasks to staying injury-free for active people.
Yin (Wed 5:30p): Slow down, soften, and find stillness in this meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Focuses on long-held, passive floor poses that gently stretch the fascia, ligaments, and joints.
Breathwork (Tue 7:00p, Thu 11:30a & pop-ups for adults, couples & kids): A guide into a deeper connection with ourselves through deep intentional breathing techniques.
Sound Healing (Mon 7:00pm, Thu 10:00a & pop-ups): Lie or sit comfortably as we connect to the healing and peaceful power of sound.
Education + Movement (90-min pop-up): A variety of classes that provide 45 minutes of education (i.e. nutrition, mental health or hormonal health) coupled with 45 minutes of movement (i.e. yoga or meditation).
Journey of Hope + Meditation (90-min pop-up): An opportunity for a small group of people (i.e. cancer survivors or widows) to talk about their journey in a safe, judgment-free space and then end class with some type of light meditation.
